First Choice Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Data Administration Officer based at the Braid Valley Site, Ballymena. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Information & Records Department, providing essential administrative and data management support within a professional healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, processing information, producing reports, and supporting system users. This is a full-time, office-based position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour. The post is available immediately and will run until October 2026.
Key Duties
Process information and undertake data entry in a timely manner
Assist with the extraction, collation and presentation of information for the Information Team
Ensure timely distribution of documentation, results and records
Assist with the daily maintenance of departmental systems
Produce routine and ad hoc reports using various software packages
Support data quality assurance activities and investigate discrepancies
Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding information requirements
Handle incoming telephone calls and queries appropriately
