Finance Administrator

Job Description & Key ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for working as a part of the accounts team in a busy fast paced and high-volume environment, providing administrative support to the finance function.

Specific Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Assisting with Statement reconciliations.
  • Ensure all processing and scanning of Purchase Ledger invoices/credits are completed.
  • Resolve queries with internal/external customers
  • Ensure all filing of statements and invoices are completed
  • Bank Reconciliation of all O&S operating accounts
  • Assisting with Wage Journals
  • Management of company petty cash
  • Preparation of bank lodgements on a regular basis
  • Weekly and monthly financial reporting

Essential criteria

  • Minimum 3 years office experience, preferably within finance
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to develop and add value
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team
