Finance Administrator
Job Description & Key ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for working as a part of the accounts team in a busy fast paced and high-volume environment, providing administrative support to the finance function.
Specific Day to Day Responsibilities
- Assisting with Statement reconciliations.
- Ensure all processing and scanning of Purchase Ledger invoices/credits are completed.
- Resolve queries with internal/external customers
- Ensure all filing of statements and invoices are completed
- Bank Reconciliation of all O&S operating accounts
- Assisting with Wage Journals
- Management of company petty cash
- Preparation of bank lodgements on a regular basis
- Weekly and monthly financial reporting
Essential criteria
- Minimum 3 years office experience, preferably within finance
- Strong numeracy skills
- Proficient on Microsoft Office
- Willingness to develop and add value
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
