About Your New Job as Senior Management Accountant

• As the Management Accountant,youwill provide critical financial insights to drive profitability across multiple departments, with a particular focus on manufacturing operations.
• You will analyse production costs through detailed variance analysis, manage inventory valuation, and shape how finance supports the MD.
• Youwill prepare accurate monthly management accounts, scrutinise cost and margin performance, drive cost control initiatives, and support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Youwill collaborate closely with both sales and operational teams to enhance reporting and deliver actionable financial analysis to support decision making.

What Skills You Need as Senior Management Accountant

• Qualified / Part Qualified / QBE
• Strong technical proficiency in standard costing and variance analysis.
• Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or engineering environment desirable.
