About the Job
Reporting to the Accounts receivable manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties…
- Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and cash allocation.
- Maintain customer accounts and high-volume ledgers accurately.
- Resolve payment queries and account discrepancies.
- Support credit control and customer credit reviews.
- Process AR transactions efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Work independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth financial operations.
Previous experience
- Desirable, but not essential: Finance graduate or accounting qualification (e.g. AAT or equivalent).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP desirable).
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, credit control, or high-volume finance environments.
