We are hiring for our client, a well-known professional services firm, to appoint a Receptionist / Front of House to join their Belfast City Centre office.

This Receptionist / Front of House role offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience. The successful candidate will manage reception duties, coordinate office communications, and support administrative tasks for a busy organisation.

    • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
    • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

    • Provide general administrative support to teams as required
    • Maintain reception area, ensuring a tidy and organised environment
    • Assist with office tasks including mail, filing, and supplies
    • Support internal communications and ad hoc office duties

    • Previous reception, front of house, or administrative experience preferred
    • Professional and personable with excellent communication skills
    • Strong organisational and multitasking ability

    • Confident handling client interactions and office systems
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology
