First Choice are currently recruiting an administrative support officer, on behalf of the Western Health and Social Care Trust, to work within the Contract Services Department at Cedar Villa, Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital.
This is a full time role Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, initially required for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Pay rate: £12.75 Per Hour.
Main duties:
- Administer day-to-day contract documentation and maintain accurate service records.
- Coordinate contract-related correspondence, ensuring timely processing of documentation, renewals, and amendments.
- Maintain confidential electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring compliance with data protection and information governance requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders to support the effective delivery of contracted services.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and performance data to support contract monitoring and management decision-making.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Monitor contract deadlines and service schedules, proactively tracking key dates and escalating issues where required.
What We Need From You
- 5 GCSEs all grade C or above to include English and Maths.
- At least 1 years relevant experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work unsupervised and under own initiative
