We’re looking for a driven Assistant Finance Business Partner to support Lena by Inspire, our fast-growing social enterprise delivering employee and student assistance programmes and wellbeing services across Ireland. Every pound Lena generates is reinvested to grow Inspire’s reach and impact.

As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and tailored solutions that empower strategic decision-making. What you’ll do
As part of the Inspire Finance Team, you’ll work closely with colleagues supporting Lena’s growing operations, helping provide financial insight and support to aid decision-making and growth.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- Budget monitoring and financial reporting
- Management accounts support
- Financial analysis and forecasting
- Supporting operational managers
- Commercial finance processes
- Building relationships across teams
- Help roll out new financial tools and systems
This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your commercial awareness and business partnering skills in a supportive environment.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for potential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
You’ll ideally have:
- Qualifications:
- A finance, accounting or business-related qualification (or interested in pursuing a professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT)
OR
- Experience in a finance or administrative environment (e.g., accounts assistant, finance administrator).
- Strong Excel and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work across locations.
