As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and tailored solutions that empower strategic decision-making. What you’ll do

As part of the Inspire Finance Team, you’ll work closely with colleagues supporting Lena’s growing operations, helping provide financial insight and support to aid decision-making and growth.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

  • Budget monitoring and financial reporting
  • Management accounts support
  • Financial analysis and forecasting
  • Supporting operational managers
  • Commercial finance processes
  • Building relationships across teams
  • Help roll out new financial tools and systems

This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your commercial awareness and business partnering skills in a supportive environment.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for potential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Qualifications:
  • A finance, accounting or business-related qualification (or interested in pursuing a professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT)

OR

  • Experience in a finance or administrative environment (e.g., accounts assistant, finance administrator).
  • Strong Excel and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work across locations.
