Home Manager Nurse qualified – With turnaround experience

Up to £95,000 DOE.
40% Bonus + Private Medical + Exceptional Support.

Qualifications
- Nurse-qualified with an active NMC PIN
- Proven experience managing a nursing home with a minimum of 60 beds
- A track record of turning around underperforming care homes
- Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and delivering improved ratings
- Commercially astute with the ability to drive occupancy, strengthen referral pipelines, and stabilise financial performance
- A resilient, inspiring leadership style with the ability to unite, motivate, and develop teams
- Genuine passion for creating a culture of high‑quality, person‑centred care
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operational and clinical functions of a large, complex service
- Develop and deliver a full turnaround strategy focused on quality, safety, and compliance
- Rebuild key external partnerships with commissioners, health professionals, and local authorities
- Drive occupancy by restoring confidence and enhancing reputation
- Inspire, coach, and develop your team to create a culture of accountability, pride, and shared purpose
- Position the home as a leading care provider in the region
