We’re partnering with a market-leading business operating at the heart of the nutrition and wellness industry as they continue an ambitious period of growth. With major expansion plans already underway this year, they’re looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of some of the most important relationships in the business.
This is a fast-moving, highly visible role (predominantly office based) where no two days look the same.
You’ll manage a portfolio of key retail and branded customers, acting as the commercial lead across everything from day-to-day account management through to new product launches and long-term growth plans.
Some of the accounts are still in their first year with the business, meaning they represent significant future revenue opportunities. They need someone who enjoys nurturing relationships, spotting opportunities and helping customers realise their full potential.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Production and NPD teams to ensure projects land successfully, lead customer reviews, identify growth opportunities and occasionally organise customer innovation days to strengthen partnerships and showcase new capabilities.
We’re looking for:
- Previous account management experience within nutrition, supplements, wellness or a closely aligned sector – this is essential.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where priorities can change quickly.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
