Senior Account Manager

Location: East Anglia & London (Home based with travel across the regions)

Shift: 40 Hours, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who will lead key client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery while driving performance, growth, and continuous improvement across the account.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Ensure operational excellence across services, meeting KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for contract growth, innovation, and service improvement.
• Manage and support operational teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Deliver financial performance in line with budgets, including forecasting and cost control.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a senior account management or client-facing leadership role.
• Proven experience within the Water/Legionella industry (ideal for someone moving off the tools)
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance and growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ideally hold experience using experience in CRM systems such as Gold-Vision/Salesforce
• Full UK Driving License
