Job Description:

We’re looking for a Studio & Operations Manager to keep the studio running and growing – the person who builds and holds the systems behind capacity, finances and the day-to-day, so the rest of the team can focus on the work only they can do.This role takes a structured, process-driven mind and a genuine love of organisation, logistics and numbers. Working closely with the founder and the leadership team, you’ll balance team resources and manage financial operations with hands-on, get-it-done execution – building the efficient infrastructure that lets a boutique team do extraordinary work.

  • Studio Efficiency & Capacity: Oversee studio workflow and resourcing. Track team capacity and utilisation against day-rate retainers and scopes of work, to ensure project delivery aligns with our available resources.
  • Financial Operations: Run financial tracking alongside the founder. Oversee bookkeeping inputs, client invoicing and fee reconciliations.
  • Leadership Support: Protect the leadership team’s time, managing diaries, scheduling and incoming requests.
  • Systems Management: Build and improve the tools that keep us organised – time-tracking, project management and internal databases – to ensure accurate data and smooth day-to-day operations.

For the day-to-day needs of this role, you will specifically need the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years experience in an operations, studio management, or high-level EA role within a creative agency, production company, or fast-paced business.
  • Strong financial literacy: managing budgets, tracking invoices, and analysing project costings.
  • Resource management experience:  tracking team time, capacity planning and managing client or freelance retainers.
  • Confident with operational tools – time-tracking, project management software and internal databases – and quick to improve them.

This role is full time – with four days a week office based in Central London.
