Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client relationships, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and budgets are clearly defined and met. Responsibilities include coordinating integrated marketing campaigns, briefing internal teams, monitoring progress, and maintaining consistent communication with clients. The role involves preparing proposals and reports, tracking performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. The Account Manager will also collaborate with strategy, creative, content, and digital teams to deliver high-quality work that aligns with client objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience managing B2B client accounts in marketing, communications, or advertising, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in coordinating integrated campaigns across content marketing, public relations, digital, social media, and design.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort handling multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing presentations, reports, and client-ready documents.
- Analytical skills for interpreting campaign performance, setting KPIs, and making data-informed recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-location teams.
- Previous agency or B2B marketing experience is highly beneficial.
