Guest Services Manager / Guest Experience Manager We are seeking an energetic Guest Services Manager to lead a high-standard guest services strategy across the UK. This is a National Role and will involve UK travel. The role will focus on hospitality-led service, building presentation, tenant engagement and creating a positive workplace experience across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Service Excellence
Establish and maintain hospitality-led standards for reception and guest services teams across all sites.
Operational Standards
Define, monitor and audit standards across reception areas, meeting spaces and general building presentation to ensure consistent quality.
Tenant Engagement
Design and deliver networking, wellness and community initiatives to improve tenant satisfaction and strengthen tenant relationships.
Leadership & Training
Provide guidance, support and training to site-based teams, with a focus on customer service, hospitality standards and consistent delivery.
Performance Tracking
Monitor tenant satisfaction through surveys, feedback and KPI dashboards, presenting clear recommendations to management.
