You will set clear goals and operational objectives for your team of Field Service Engineers, ensuring business targets are met. Supervise, mentor, and facilitate the professional development of team members, fostering a culture of accountability and conducting regular performance reviews. You will oversee the execution of on-site services, including commissioning, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AGT systems. Monitor and manage operational budgets for field service activities, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. You have significant experience in a field service engineering role, preferably within the power generation or oil & gas industry. Strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, along with analytical skills to drive process improvements. Skilled in operational and project management, with a focus on quality control and collaboration.
