About the Role As Registered Service Manager, you will: Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement Oversee recruitment, inductions, supervision and development Manage audits, reporting, and overall performance including budgets (P&L) This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, supporting individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities and autism.
