Assess and treat mainly older active adults with back, knee, hip, and shoulder problems Work within a proven clinical process, supported by formal induction, weekly in‑house training, and 1:1 mentorship from our clinical lead A growth mindset: comfortable with feedback, data, and being held accountable for outcomes

MSK or private practice experience Acupuncture or dry needling Postgraduate training in a relevant area
