Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in compliance, quality, governance, or management systems roles
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT tools
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline
- Previous experience managing and coordinating an externally certified quality management system, such as ISO 9001 or an equivalent standard
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and maintain the organisation’s compliance, quality, and governance systems
- Support external accreditation schemes such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and SEQOHS
- Assist with internal and external audits, evidence gathering, and follow-up actions
- Develop and review policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols
- Monitor improvement actions, incidents, risks, and non-conformances
- Support data protection, information governance, and security activities
- Contribute to management reporting, KPI tracking, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
