Depot General Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of our Redruth depot
• Driving service performance across multi-drop, trunking, and 2-person delivery operations
• Managing depot budgets, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Leading, motivating, and developing managers, drivers, and warehouse teams
• Ensuring fleet availability, compliance, and vehicle performance

We’re Looking For:

• Proven senior-level experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse management
• Strong knowledge of transport, distribution, and delivery operations
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to build high-performing teams and a positive workplace culture
