Salaried GP – up to £12,000 per session | 15-minute appointments | Virtually no visits

A genuinely manageable workload with a chance to develop your clinical skills. A very well supported GP Training Practice in Farnborough is looking to recruit a 4-6 session GP. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a close-knit team that meet for coffee daily, enjoy excellent continuity of care and have ample opportunity to pursue specialisms, with most of their existing GPs having additional clinical skills that have been supported by the Practice.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £12,000 per session

• 6 weeks annual leave
• 1 week study leave

Workload & Structure

• 4–6 sessions available
• 15-minute appointments
• 11 ‘new’ patients per session plus 2 follow-up slots only you can book
• 3 hours of protected admin time per day
• ‘Duty GP’ is digital triage only and non-patient-facing, and only a session at a time
• Interests encouraged, particularly coil and implant fitting and minor surgery
• ‘Once in a blue moon’ home visits
