We’re Recruiting: Two Non-Executive Directors (Voluntary Basis)
Hope Meadows CIC is a Lincoln-based community interest company delivering Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Alternative Provision for young people, and a professional training programme as a Crossfields Institute approved centre. We work with over 100 clients a week. We’re values-led, clinically rigorous, and we care deeply about doing this work properly.
We’re at a deliberate point of development. We’re refining our model and building for the long term, and we’re looking for two people to join our board who will help us get there.
NED – Commercial Growth
We’re looking for someone with experience helping small, values-led organisations grow sustainably. You’ll understand third sector finance, income diversification, and what good governance looks like in practice. You’ll be comfortable asking the difficult questions, and we’ll genuinely welcome you doing so.
NED – Marketing & Communications
We’re looking for someone who can help us think strategically about how we reach the right people across our different audiences; therapy clients, schools, peers, and partners. You’ll understand brand, positioning, and what effective marketing looks like for a growing social enterprise.
Both roles are voluntary, roughly 4 hours per month. Attendance at quarterly board meetings in Lincoln, UK is essential.
We already have strong clinical and equine expertise on our team. What we need now is sharp outside perspective from individuals who have sound knowledge and experience.
