Head of Engineering, Food Processing & Maintenance

Sofina Foods Europe, located in Cookstown, is seeking a Head of Engineering to drive performance in a high-paced pork production environment. The Head will lead all engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with food safety and health standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum HNC/HND engineering qualification and have experience in food production, preferably in an abattoir. Responsibilities include managing the engineering team and ensuring operational excellence.
