Job Description:
Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Deputy Support Manager to assist in the daily management of our service. The ideal candidate should hold a Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care and have significant experience as a senior support worker.
This role includes supervising staff, ensuring high standards of care, and working closely with team members to support individuals with complex health needs. A mixture of shifts will be required, with enhancements for unsocial hours.
