Responsibilities
This role leads the Physiotherapy team, providing leadership, development, motivation and supervision of all physiotherapy staff, while delivering clinical care to patients. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary leadership team, ensure CQC compliance, and collaborate with the Head of Nursing and other department heads to maintain patient safety and care standards.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- HCPC registration
- Management experience
- Previous experience in an acute hospital environment, especially orthopaedics
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Independent and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritise workload under pressure
- Intermediate life support skills
- Safe manual handling skills
Desirable:
- Postgraduate qualification in musculoskeletal disorder management
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
