We’re partnering with a high-growth AI Start-up, they’ve recently raised Series B funding and are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help scale its backend and data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 9+ years building production backend systems
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Python and Go
• Deep expertise across databases, streaming, queues, and caching
• Experience operating infrastructure at scale, including: PostgreSQL / ClickHouse / Grafana / Prometheus / Mimir
• Strong background in observability, monitoring, reliability, and performance
