Tattershall Lakes is our largest flagship resort, with over 1000 holiday homeowners, we are looking for a new Owners Services Manager to ensure they are all well looked after.

As part of the park management team, this individual represents the interests of Owners on the park.

A bit of background and what you’ll be doing

  • Deliver first class service to existing and future HH owners at Tattershall Lakes
  • Coordinate with Maintenance team and Manufacturers to facilitate works being completed in timely manner
  • Take ownership of HH handovers to ensure they are presented completed
  • Develop a culture of excellent communication between the team and the consumer
  • Measure qualitative performance within the team
  • Hold regular meetings with departments involved in customer journey

Core responsibilities

  • Commercial: Achieve EBITDA for owner recharges services
  • Customer Experience: Improve owner experience and act quickly to deal with queries and issues
  • Operational: Improve lead times for resolving aftersales and warranty
  • Strategic: Identify improvements in workflows and communication and deliver changes necessary to succeed.

  • Previous Holiday Park Experience or Owners only Park Experience
