We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Line Manager – Production (Low Care) to become a vital part of our onsite Production Team at our Protein site in Normanton. Position Details

• Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm
• Location: Forza Foods – Site Based Role
• Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of production plans
• Comply with company and legal standards (food safety, health & safety, hygiene and environment)
• Assist in line managing a team of operatives (organise, develop, motivate, communicate)
• Demonstrate clear leadership behaviours
• Encourage teamwork
• Help train new starters
• Meet required standards around specifications and quality
• Professional people management
• Efficient and effective use of labour
• Manage, monitor and improve line performance
• Support new starters, offering help where required
