This role involves delivering planned and reactive maintenance services within a commercial environment, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Technical OperationsCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in accordance with company schedules and standardsOperate and maintain records using the CAFM system accurately and efficientlyProduce technical and situational reports as requiredManage subcontractors while working on siteRespond to reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and management teamClient & Team CommunicationCommunicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients at all timesWrite activity reports in line with company procedures accurately and in a timely mannerProvide accurate information to support the management team in producing quotations for additional worksAttend team meetings and briefingsEscalate major site issues or incidents to line management immediatelyCompliance & Professional StandardsEnsure all works are carried out in a professional, proactive and quality mannerUtilize technology systems to maintain contractual complianceSubmit accurate weekly timesheets on timeRepresent the company professionally at all timesUnderstand and adhere to all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislationActively participate in health and safety processes including accident investigation, reporting, risk assessments and auditingHandle, store and use all materials and equipment in accordance with relevant regulationsEssential RequirementsQualificationsElectrical Engineering apprenticeship, NVQ or City & Guilds qualification18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (or 17th Edition with willingness to complete 18th Edition training)ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial maintenance environmentKnowledge of air conditioning, ventilation extraction, plumbing and general building fabricSkillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levelsStrong IT and report writing capabilitiesProactive approach to achieving high operational standardsAbility to work under pressure while maintaining clarity and professionalismStrong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlinesWhat We OfferThis role provides an opportunity to work within a professional facilities management environment at a prestigious commercial location, with ongoing support and development opportunities.JLL is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
