We’re hiring into a fast-growing team focused on expanding access to a leading academic content platform used by universities and higher education institutions worldwide.

Educational Partnerships Manager (Higher Education / Academic Content)

Location: UK. Hybrid (3 days flexible office). Salary £40,000-£45,000 base (rising to £50,000) plus uncapped commission.

What you’ll be doing

  • Selling institutional subscriptions into universities and higher education providers
  • Building relationships with librarians, heads of faculty, and procurement teams
  • Running outreach campaigns and setting up subscription trials
  • Converting trials into long-term academic partnerships
  • Growing usage across departments and courses
  • Managing and developing existing university relationships

Who this role suits

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years’ sales experience
  • Experience selling into education, publishing, or institutional clients
  • Confidence working with senior academic stakeholders
  • A degree (strong academic background required)
  • Familiarity with university structures or education platforms
  • An interest in ideas‑led content (philosophy, science, politics, humanities)

Experience from organisations such as educational publishers, academic platforms, or subscription‑based learning providers would be especially relevant.
