Career Pathways Lead – Estates & Facilities (Armed Forces)

NHS Scotland is seeking a Career Development Officer based in Kirkcaldy to support the development of clear career pathways within the Estates & Facilities Directorate. This hands-on role focuses on assisting individuals within the workforce transformation programme to enter and progress within these roles.

Key responsibilities include engaging with staff across various sites, mapping roles, and identifying progression routes. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational settings, be a member of the Armed Forces Community, and be able to work independently.
