Competitive salary (depending on experience)PermanentFull Time / 37 Hours (Flexible working opportunities available)PeterboroughDouble Matched Pension Scheme (up to 21% combined)Private HealthcareMake every drop of your potential count!We’re looking for a Fleet Project Delivery Manager to join Anglian Water’s Commercial Operations team and play a key role in delivering fleet and plant asset programmes across our business as well as managing other fleet related projects where required.This is a delivery-focused role responsible for ensuring vehicles, plant and operational assets are planned, procured and implemented efficiently across their lifecycle. You’ll coordinate multiple workstreams, working closely with Procurement, Commercial, Fleet and Operational teams, as well as external suppliers, to ensure assets are delivered on time, to specification and ready for operational use.What you’ll be doing:Manage the end-to-end delivery of fleet and plant asset implementation projectsCoordinate project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time deliveryOversee the full asset ordering process, ensuring specifications and requirements are accurateWork with Procurement and suppliers to manage quotations, lead times and delivery schedulesMonitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actionsCoordinate internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and implementationOversee vehicle and asset handovers, ensuring readiness for operational deploymentManage asset lifecycle activity including returns, replacements and disposalsProduce reports and dashboards to track project progress and supplier performanceMaintain accurate records and documentation in line with governance requirementsBuild strong stakeholder relationships to support effective deliveryDrive continuous improvement across planning and delivery processesWhat we’re looking forExperience delivering projects within fleet, transport, automotive, plant or asset environmentsExperience managing multiple workstreams or projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of asset lifecycle managementExperience working with suppliers and third-party providersStrong planning and organisational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh attention to detail and data accuracyStrong analytical capability and reporting experienceCompetent user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly ExcelDesirable: Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM). Experience within utilities, logistics or fleet environments.
