Part‑time Factory Administrator to support a busy site operation in Dumfries. This varied role is ideal for someone highly organised who enjoys working with data, purchasing and day‑to‑day site administration.
Hours: 20 hours per week with flexibility around working days.
What you’ll be doing as a Factory Administrator:
- Accurately input and maintain production and inventory data (SAP/ERP)
- Support daily reporting and basic performance/data analysis
- Raise purchase orders, manage goods receipt, and coordinate supplier deliveries
- Assist with HR/payroll administration, employee records and training documentation
- Provide general admin support: calls, queries, records, spreadsheets, site supplies
- Liaise with customers/logistics to support delivery paperwork and schedules
What we’re looking for:
- 1‑3 years’ experience in an admin / operations support role (manufacturing/warehouse ideal)
- Confident using SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong Excel and accurate data‑handling skills
- Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
