Salary: From £15,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: 20 hours per week

Location: Dumfries

Part‑time Factory Administrator to support a busy site operation in Dumfries. This varied role is ideal for someone highly organised who enjoys working with data, purchasing and day‑to‑day site administration.

Hours: 20 hours per week with flexibility around working days.

What you’ll be doing as a Factory Administrator:

  • Accurately input and maintain production and inventory data (SAP/ERP)
  • Support daily reporting and basic performance/data analysis
  • Raise purchase orders, manage goods receipt, and coordinate supplier deliveries
  • Assist with HR/payroll administration, employee records and training documentation
  • Provide general admin support: calls, queries, records, spreadsheets, site supplies
  • Liaise with customers/logistics to support delivery paperwork and schedules

What we’re looking for:

  • 1‑3 years’ experience in an admin / operations support role (manufacturing/warehouse ideal)
  • Confident using SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong Excel and accurate data‑handling skills
  • Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
