Vacancy Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Band 6 Operational Support Manager to join our Recovery Hub services across Leeds Community Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operational delivery of services across four Recovery Hub sites, working in close partnership with Leeds City Council (LCC) and wider system partners. This is a full‑time post of 37.5 hours per week and you will be expected to cover from 8am‑8pm including weekend working on a rota basis.
The post holder will support the effective coordination, planning and performance of services, ensuring high‑quality, safe and responsive care for patients within a fast‑paced community environment. You will work collaboratively with clinical and operational colleagues to manage capacity and demand, support patient flow, and contribute to service improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor capacity, demand and patient flow, supporting effective use of beds and community pathway.
- Support rota coordination, workforce planning and escalation of staffing or service pressures.
- Work across multiple teams and build effective working relationships.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experience in an operational or service delivery role within healthcare or a similar environment.
- Experience of working in a fast‑paced, high‑demand service.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and build effective working relationships.
