The role would be based in Motherwell with regular travel to sites.

What you will deliver
- Lead, manage and support a team to deliver projects safely, on time and to the highest standards.
- Oversee M&E and fit‑out works from concept through to commissioning and handover.
- Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental and health & safety standards.
- Coordinate site activities and subcontractors, chair meetings and track progress.
- Support project planning, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide operational guidance and contribute to best practice development.

Who are we looking for
- Proven experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Background in MEP project management.
- Excellent problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
- Client‑focused with the ability to build strong client relationships and strong communication skills.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Health & Safety awareness and commercial acumen.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, cleanroom or healthcare environments and familiarity with controlled environments and commissioning processes is desirable.
- Degree or equivalent in a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services discipline is desirable.
