Founding Facilities Manager – New School Opening

Hillingdon Manor School is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead all aspects of the school’s facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The successful candidate will manage operations, maintenance, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include planning maintenance programmes, managing budgets, and developing a collaborative team culture. Candidates should have proven experience in facility management, strong communication skills, and hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4.

This exciting role is a permanent position with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, starting in January 2027.
