Client Service Project Manager
Salary: £28,000 – £40,000Location: Stoke On Trent
About the Role
Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a creative design and production agency to recruit a Client Service Project Manager to support the delivery of exhibition, event, and interior space projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment, managing projects from inception through to completion while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, managing budgets and programmes, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards across exhibitions, events, and interior fit‑out environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal design, production, and logistics teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
- Prepare cost estimates, track project expenditure, and support financial reporting
- Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and client expectations
- Coordinate on‑site project delivery for exhibitions and events where required
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders
- Conduct post‑project reviews and gather client feedback
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Requirements
- Previous experience in project management within exhibitions, events, interiors, or design & production sectors
- Strong client‑facing and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong budgeting, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
- Good understanding of design and production processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing project requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Desirable Experience
- Degree in Project Management, Business, Design, or related field
- Experience managing exhibition or event installations
- Previous experience within creative or production agency environments
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project delivery
