Commercial Enablement Manager – responsible for serving as the EMEA subject matter expert for Salesforce.com and related commercial tools, providing day‑to‑day support, training new sales hires, and partnering with sales to improve processes.
What you will do:
- Serve as the EMEA subject matter expert for Salesforce.com and related commercial tools, ensuring effective usage, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to sales by managing cases, troubleshooting data and process issues, and driving improvements in data quality and workflows.
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure sales teams are proficient in Salesforce, reporting, dashboards, and core commercial processes.
- Act as the key interface between sales, IT, and global systems teams to test enhancements, support releases, and translate business needs into system improvements.
- Partner closely with sales to identify inefficiencies, address performance gaps, and recommend tool, process, and reporting optimizations that maximize selling time and effectiveness.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial related disciplines such as marketing, commercial operations, or sales in a B2B environment.
- Customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills for prompt issue resolution.
- Strong interest in tools and systems, with previous experience using Salesforce.com and Qlik.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training, both virtual and/or in‑person.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- On‑site at the GBR-Amersham Place location.
- Limited travel as required.
