Portsmouth-Water is seeking a Smart Quality Assurance Analyst to improve the reliability of the Smart Metering Programme. The role involves identifying root causes of incidents, coordinating investigations, and ensuring effective preventative actions. You’ll collaborate with various teams, enhance customer experience, and support service resilience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Water Networks and be competent in MS Office and Power BI. Flexibility in working arrangements will be considered.
