What You’ll Be Doing As part of a busy and supportive Customer Services team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to customers. Your day-to-day will include: Handling customer enquiries via phone and email Coordinating appointments and scheduling work Managing service requests and updating internal systems Supporting field teams and engineers Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally Responding to urgent or emergency situations Processing documentation and maintaining accurate records Providing general administrative support across the team This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same – ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working in a team environment. Working Hours & Perks Monday-Thursday: 8.30am – 5pm Friday: 8.30am – 4.30pm One late shift per week (until 7pm, Mon-Thurs) No weekend working Additional perks: Free staff bus from Belfast city centre Free on-site parking Salary & Benefits Starting salary: £25,983.50 £26,483 after 6 months £26,983 after 12 months Paid overtime opportunities Annual salary reviews (every April) 20 days annual leave + 11 bank holidays (increasing with service) Company pension from day one (up to 6% matched) Life assurance Private medical insurance (qualifying criteria applies) What We’re Looking For 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent, including English & Maths Either:
o 2+ years in a high-volume contact centre, or o 3+ years in a busy retail/customer-facing role Strong communication and IT skills Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload A team player with a proactive and organised approach Full right to work in the UK Why Apply?
