About the service:
To work within a highly motivated team who provides support to children, young people, their families and carers through the Strength 2 Strength Programme across the Western Trust Area. To deliver an evidence-based programme to children and young people aged 8 – 13 years.
Our interventions are based on a “whole family” approach which recognises and builds upon the families existing strengths and supports and the development of new skills and coping strategies.
