We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team.
We have 3 positions available:
- Permanent full time days (x 1 vacancy)
- Permanent full time nights (x 2 vacancies)
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily lives of our residents. You will provide hands-on care, assist with personal hygiene and mobility, and contribute to a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.
Duties:
– Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Help patients with mobility and transfers
– Monitor and record.
– Assist in the implementation of care plans
– Provide emotional support to patients and their families
– Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
– Drive: Motivated and committed to providing exceptional care to patients
– Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
– IT Skills: Proficient in using electronic medical records systems and other healthcare software
– Knowledge of Care Plans: Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans for patients
– Experience in Care Home or Nursing Home settings is essential.
– Fluency in English is required
