The Role:* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance* Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
The Person:* Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer* Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding experience* Experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving
