Human Resources Officer

Location: Strabane

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to support the delivery of HR services across a busy and growing organisation. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Key duties include managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, supporting on-boarding and performance reviews, advising managers on HR matters, coordinating training initiatives, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
