The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to join the business in a key leadership position within the finance function. Working closely with the MD, this role offers significant exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to influence strategic direction.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Cashflow forecasting and working capital management
- Balance sheet control and reconciliations
- Month-end close processes
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- ERP and finance systems experience
- Board and stakeholder reporting
- Manufacturing sector experience
- Ability to operate independently and add value immediately
- Previous interim or short-term assignment experience
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE
- Leadership Skills
- Strong IT Skills – Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
