A bit about the roleThis is a frontline role providing a visible presence across our schemes, supporting the safety, wellbeing, and confidence of our customers. You will act as a key liaison between residents and the Association, ensuring that issues are identified early, responded to appropriately, and escalated when required. This role will be rotated on a 3 on, 4 off rota basis covering a number of schemes in the Belfast area.
A bit about you
You will have at least 1 years experience working in a security/caretaker role.
You will have 1 years relevant experience working with customers.
You will be required to cover multiple schemes during the night, which means a drivers licence and use of your own vehicle is required for the role.
