First Choice Selection Services is recruiting for a Domestic Supervisor to oversee domestic services across Community Trust buildings, including health centres, throughout the Cookstown, Magherafelt and
Maghera areas.
? Location: Community Trust buildings across Cookstown, Magherafelt & Maghera
? Hours: 30 hours per week ( Monday-Friday 8:30am 2:30pm or 9:00am 3:00pm)
? Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
? Contract: Immediate Start
Key Responsibilities:
? Supervising and supporting domestic staff across multiple Community Trust sites.
? Planning and managing staff rotas to ensure adequate service provision.
? Completing regular quality audits and monitoring cleaning standards.
? Reviewing and processing weekly and monthly staff timesheets.
? Delivering inductions, training and ongoing support to domestic staff.
? Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.
? Recording and reporting staff sickness and arranging appropriate cover where required.
What We Need From You
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience within a domestic, cleaning, facilities or housekeeping environment
- Full UK driving licence with access to transport, as travel between sites is essential
- Competent in completing administrative tasks, including rotas, audits and timesheets
