About you

You will be an organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and develop, an excellent communicator, both spoken and written.

Along with GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade A-C or equivalent, you will be experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook packages and have the ability to work with set processes/procedures. You will have previous experience in calendar management, setting up meetings and taking minutes.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who works effectively with colleagues as part of a team and demonstrates a positive, “can-do” attitude. The successful candidate will be eager to learn, develop their skills, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.

The role requires someone who can work flexibly and independently under minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. You will be able to manage your workload, adapt to changing priorities, and take responsibility for delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
