Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Westbury who are actively looking to recruit a Health & Safety Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing: Take responsibility for Health & Safety strategy, ensuring compliance with UK legislation while driving a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Develop and deliver the Health & Safety strategy and annual improvement plan.
- Ensure compliance with all UK Health & Safety legislation and company standards.
- Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Monitor and report on Health & Safety performance and KPIs.
What you will need to succeed:
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 7 qualification).
- Proven Health & Safety leadership experience within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation.
- Experience driving improvements in safety culture and performance.
