Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking a Host – Coreus by Clare Smyth, to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hotelier to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants – Coreus by Clare Smyth and Caf Boulud by Daniel Boulud – bringing together two of the worlds most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

**Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:**
As a Host for Coreus Restaurant, you will set the tone for an elevated dining journey, ensuring seamless arrivals, impeccable table presentation, and warm, intuitive service. You will be responsible for the following, performed to the highest standards of luxury hospitality:
Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and refined hospitality Coordinate seating thoughtfully to optimise flow, comfort, and service cadence Present and articulate current offerings and incentives with confidence and discretion Ensure immaculate table setup and presentation in alignment with Coreus and brand standards Adhere strictly to approved cashhandling procedures and financial controls Respond to guest enquiries promptly, courteously, and with solutionsfocused care Uphold all Hilton and Coreus brand standards without exception Actively contribute to the achievement of departmental service and performance targets Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and presentation within all work areas Comply fully with hotel security procedures, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation Adhere to all local licensing and responsible alcohol service regulations Demonstrate environmental awareness and support sustainability initiatives Collaborate seamlessly with all departments, maintaining strong and respectful working relationships

Prior experience within a luxury or ultra luxury hospitality or service led environment is highly desirable. Experience with cash handling and point of sale systems Sound knowledge of Food Hygiene and safety regulations
