Private Client Solicitor – Wills, Trusts & Court Protection

Wahed is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 1-5 years of PQE to join their Private Client team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will manage an existing caseload covering Will Preparation, Estate Planning, and other private client matters.

This position allows focusing exclusively on delivering high quality client work without the need for business development. Full-time, part-time or freelance contracts are available, and STEP membership is an advantage.
