Site Manager
Location: Preston (PR2 9HT) – Fixed‑Term Contract (2.5 Years), Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a decarbonisation hospital project based in Preston. This role involves managing site operations and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and according to schedule over a 2.5‑year contract.
Key Duties
- Liaise with client supervisors, trades and site labour.
- Coordinate materials and deliveries.
- Conduct site inductions for new workers.
- Deliver toolbox talks and manage RAMS.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and in line with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card.
- First Aid certification.
- Experience overseeing M & E projects would be advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
